However, due to the ongoing construction and the temporary nature of the current tour, there are significant accessibility limitations. Please read the following information carefully before booking. Important Notice for Visitors with Reduced Mobility

Wheelchair Access

The Barça Immersive Tour is currently NOT accessible for wheelchair users. For structural reasons and due to the large number of stairs along the tour route, it is not possible to complete the tour in a wheelchair or with other mobility aids that cannot navigate stairs.

Visitors with Other Mobility Issues

Visitors who do not use a wheelchair but have difficulty with stairs should also be aware that the tour involves extensive walking and multiple staircases. There are very limited seating areas along the route. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and look forward to offering a fully accessible experience in the new Spotify Camp Nou once construction is complete.

Assistance Dogs

Certified assistance dogs are welcome on the tour.

Audio-Visual Content

The tour relies heavily on visual and audio content. The immersive room has loud audio, and most exhibits are visual. The audio guide can assist visitors with visual impairments.

Companion Tickets

Visitors with a certified disability may be eligible for a reduced ticket or for a free companion ticket. Please check the official club website for the exact policy and required documentation.

To be clear, is there any way for a wheelchair user to do the tour?
No, unfortunately at this time there is no accessible route. The club has stated this is a temporary situation during the construction phase.
Are there elevators?
There are elevators in the museum building, but they do not provide access to all parts of the tour route, which still requires using stairs.
Will the new stadium be accessible?
Yes, the new Spotify Camp Nou is being designed to the highest standards of accessibility and will be fully accessible to all visitors upon completion.
