Follow these guidelines for a smooth experience

Bag Policy

Large bags, backpacks, and suitcases are not permitted. There is no luggage storage facility, so please only bring small personal items.

Prohibited Items

Items that could be considered dangerous, such as weapons, fireworks, or large objects, are strictly forbidden. All visitors are subject to a security check.

Photography

You are welcome to take photos and videos for personal use. However, flash photography, tripods, monopods, and selfie sticks are not allowed.

Conduct

Please be respectful of the exhibits and other visitors. Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is not permitted anywhere on the tour. Food and drink may not be consumed inside the museum.

Common questions about tour policies

Is there a dress code?
There is no specific dress code, but we recommend wearing comfortable shoes as the tour involves a fair amount of walking. Visitors are not permitted to enter barefoot or shirtless.
Can I bring a stroller or pushchair?
Yes, strollers are permitted on the tour. However, please be aware that some areas may be crowded.
Are animals allowed on the tour?
Only certified assistance dogs are permitted inside the museum and on the tour route.
Can I re-enter the tour after I leave?
No, tickets are valid for a single entry only. Once you have exited the tour area, you will not be able to re-enter.
